Good points - on the Wednesday dinner time we had no lineups , fair price at $27 for Sunday-Thursday

- service was good - there was enough staff to cover the number of customers
- quality was fair to good - what’d you expect, it’s a sushi buffet not an empiral class Kyoto sushi bar . The thing that made this place stand out of everybody else was that they had raw oysters and ikura sushi (salmon eggs) on the buffet menu. Eat 6 of the ikura sushi and you would break even on your dinner costs.
- they had some buffet items that appeared to have some ?Hawaiin? Influence like the “rainbow sashmi” which are various ribbon-like strips of raw fish that’s marinated in a spicy sauce. There was also a similar dish but with just chunks of salmon or tuna. Wasn’t very good, as I suspect that cheaper/chewier parts of the fish are used for it.- there’s no ice cream bar… but there’s some sort of waffle thing that we didn’t try.
