Lincoln MKZ commercial - Major Tom (Coming Home)
Wednesday, April 15th, 2009Either I’m getting old or the Lincoln MKZ/MKS is starting to look cool to me… It’s probably the last two commercials they’ve made to promote this product - wonder who’s the ad firm responsible for the commercials.
First one is the one using David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” - sung by Cat Powers. Love the camera shake as the car launches into the “sky”.
Who sings the second commercial using Peter Schilling’s “Major Tom (Coming Home)” - it’s by Shiney Toy Guns - sounds really cool!

Not sure how legal it is to use these labels though… Definitely do not use it in some money making scheme or you’ll get a crack legal assault team from Disney crashing into your home. Hopefully the following statement might keep them off you like garlic is to vampires: “Please watch all the commercials appearing on Lost and buy all the products recommended by them ”
