Wednesday, January 28th, 2009What really gets my goat are that many real estate agents seem to be “perma-optimists” , as in, housing prices will always go up, or in a down market, the prices will recover in the very short term. That’s really doing a great disservice to the people that they are supposed to serve… What they should be doing is to bring an impartial professional view of the market, and not to look at the next sale for their commission. Don’t get me wrong though, there are many experienced professional agents who are serious about their trade and their customers - if you know of one, please tell me.
